Terms for Using This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use bedexists.garden and the services offered through it by Bedexists Tree Service. By browsing the site, calling the number on it, or sending a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Bedexists Tree Service Does

Bedexists Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers we connect you with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they reply, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information Only

The content here is for general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer or financial expert. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Please confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, your insurer and local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Phone Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing contact@bedexists.garden.

As far as the law allows, Bedexists Tree Service is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.
