Who You Talk To

When you reach out, you are not hired by Bedexists Tree Service. You are introduced to an independent provider in our network. That provider is a local business with its own crew, equipment, and prices.

The provider is the one who visits your property, explains the plan, and does the work. Bedexists Tree Service only makes the introduction.

What Happens After You Ask

Here is the usual path:

• You share a few details about the tree, the yard, and your timing
• The request goes to a provider who serves your area
• The provider contacts you to talk it over
• If needed, the provider looks at the tree in person
• You receive a written estimate

Nothing here locks you in. You can say yes, ask more questions, or say no.

What to Ask a Provider

A good conversation makes the job easier. Keep this short list handy:

• Is the estimate in writing, and what does it include?
• Does the price cover cleanup, hauling, and wood chips?
• Is stump grinding part of the quote, or separate?
• What licensing and insurance do you carry?
• How will you protect my roof, lawn, fence, and driveway?
• How long will the job take, and can it fit around my schedule?
• What happens if the weather delays the work?

Tree work costs vary a lot. Size, access, and risk all change the price. Written quotes from more than one provider can help you compare.

Planning Around Your Week

If your household is busy, say so up front. Many providers can work with early starts, school hours, or a set window. Ask what noise to expect and where equipment will park.

You Are in Control

You decide who to hire and when. You can ask for a second opinion. You can take a day to think. If something does not feel right, you can step away.
